After-School Care Program

2025-2026 School Year Information.

Schedule & Activities

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:15 PM – 5:45 PM (Regular school days only).
  • No Care: Not available on Early Release Days. Check the school calendar.
  • Activities: Entertainment, physical activities, and instructional support.
  • Important: Snacks are not provided. Please pack a snack for your child.
Pickup Procedure:
  • Only parents/guardians with Photo ID may pick up students.
  • Students must be picked up by 5:45 PM.

Cost & Registration

$300 / Month

Includes 5 days per week (prorated based on school weeks).

  • Fee is non-refundable and fixed (cannot adjust for partial attendance).
  • Late Payment Fine: $50.00.
  • Payments due monthly via ParentSquare.
  • Note: Program requires min. 15 registrations to operate.

Withdrawal Policy

You must provide 30 days written notice to remove your student from the roster. Late notifications will require full payment for the upcoming month.

Absence Notifications

If your child will not attend, inform us before 12:30 PM on the same day.
