School-Home Communication Platform

TMSA Apex uses ParentSquare as its primary "school-home" communications platform.

It is an easy-to-use system designed to keep families well-informed and engaged in their children's learning. We aim to foster a strong, transparent connection between the school and our families.

With ParentSquare, you can:

  • Receive district, school, and classroom communication via email, text, or app.
  • View the school/classroom calendar and RSVP for events.
  • Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items.
  • Securely receive report cards, IEPs, and important documents.

Important: Account Activation

A ParentSquare account is automatically generated for you based on your registration in our student information system, Infinite Campus. You will receive an invitation via email or text.

To avoid issues, you MUST use the same email and phone number listed in Infinite Campus. We recommend checking your contact info in Infinite Campus before signing up to ensure a smooth sync.

Note: Even if you do not register, you will still receive basic school communications. However, registration is required for two-way communication and to access confidential student documents.
